Good location if you plan on going to baseball stadium

I liked the ocean view from my room, hotel was kind enough to locate me to the high floor which I have asked for. It is good location if you plan on going to Baseball game as I did.

There are still some noise coming in from the road in front, Washroom door was a bit off from where it is supposed to be.

Hard to sleep because it was hotter than the surface of the sun

I booked this room because it had a good view of the harbor. The view was great! The bed was also very comfortable. A well-decorated, clean room, nice staff and free parking.

The room was boiling hot (this is in late October). I turned the heat off as soon as I arrived, and I never turned it on again. But the temperature remained 80F / 27C, well above my preferred sleeping temperature. (And it's not just me--scientists claim 65F or 18C is best for sleeping.) Korean hotels are often overheated, so normally I just open the window. But in this hotel, the windows are sealed. There was no way to get any air. I even tried AC but it wasn't working. It was way too hot to sleep. Eventually I got a couple hours sleep, but it was disappointing that I had to spend so much of the night lying awake in a pool of my own sweat.

Good and comfortable night in Masan

The room was big and comfortable furnished. The. view of the harbour was nice. For the breakfast we could choose from a few sets. Those were tasty and filling. Good choice for a stay if you want to catch a baseball game since it is just a short bus / taxi ride away.

Apart from some stains in the bathroom, everything was good.

Superb

The aircon in my original bedroom wasn't functioning so after checking the Duty Manageress promptly moved me to a great room with a view over the harbour. Perfect response. Note that the publicity photos are VERY misleading in this respect: the suspension bridge is a good 4 miles away, it's not illuminated like Christmas, and there's a fishmarket between the hotel and the waterfront, not a seafront street of brightly-lit bars and cafés!!

Breakfast closes at 08:30 on a Sunday so obviously it gets very crowded after 8 and I had to wait 20 minutes to be served, as it's not a buffet. The American Breakfast was on a cold plate, not well presented. The self-serve coffee and juice machines weren't working. The staff were overworked.

Quality hotel and the rooms are excellent

Breakfast 6.30 to 8.30 so no time for their guests because they have functions and not a buffet.
